Now, I just stumbled across this on the BBC Goodfood website: Nasi Goreng.
Sounds kinda strange, maybe like Herman formally of the Luftwaffe circa WWII.
Anyway, once you get over the name it sounds like a great little dish and easy to cook too.
All the ingredients are in the fridge so I’ll have a pop this evening.
