Well I decided that dropping wheat & dairy wasn’t fixing my sinuses but I did learn something from the experience.
I think that I was missing out on some vital nutrients vitamins/minerals.
I’m going to re-introduce wheat and dairy but I will also make sure that I get a good amount of fruit, seeds & nuts while I’m at work as this is what I was eating while I was of the wheat and dairy.
I’ll keep you posted on how it goes…
